Standard Poodle Spayed Female (very rare opportunity) in Grants Pass, Oregon For Sale

Annabella is purebred Standard Poodle. She is 8 years old.I like to place in a very good home with no other dogs .I want her to get all the attention and not have to compete with another dog or children for it.I prefer an older adult or retired couple who would financially and lovingly care for this girl.Must be familiar with Standard Poodles and their grooming needs(every 6-8 weeks and regular brushing).She requires a grain free diet .She has allergies to grains like corn and wheat.She needs to eat The Taste of The Wild Pacific Stream Formula. This is the best food for her.She loves to travel and is a hound for attention(never enough).
Health: She just had an eye exam on July 26th ,xxxx! Her ares are good.They are normal for her age.No signs of cataracts or any other eye diseases.She has had extensive health testing a few years ago prior to one breeding.This which goes along with Poodles.She has been tested for and was clear of Von Willibrands Disease, OFA hips and are "Good". Her thyroid was normal.,Sebaceous Adenitis test Clear. Most people who adopt Poodles do not get an opportunity to home a Poodle with this much testing. She was a $1,600 puppy and I bought her from a reputable breeder.
Her good attributes : she had had lots of training and has earned an AKC Rally Novice title and is considered a Canine Good Citizen as she achieved her Certificate.She is a good watch dog and barks when people come to the house.I trained her to do several tricks. Fetching is one of her favorite past times. She has had extensive health testing which she has passed.Her test results may be viewed online through the OFA.
Faults: When she gets for bored she is a garbage diver. I have to regulate her food or she gets fat. She doesn't always bark to go out to potty and so she has had accidents in the house.There are no known bladder issues.It is possible that she will not do this in a new home environment unless you had another dog that has had accidents because they tend to keep going back to potty in those same places again.She needs to be let out enough times a day to try to avoid this but no guarantees. It helps to watch for her signals like getting very excited.
Please serious inquires only,I am not in a rush to place her as I want the perfect home.The $500.00 is not negotiable. This is not unreasonable even for her age.I have checked into adoption fees for Standard Poodles and $300.00 or more isn't uncommon. Please .Keep in mind, that the adoption fees that I have found are for Standard Poodles without any health testing and little to no training ! Some of those Poodles up for adoption have some very serious health issues(life threatening ) Some may have even been abused or neglected.
